About the Founder

Hi, I’m Rabia Bibi — a photographer, entrepreneur, cake artist, and event stylist based in the United Kingdom.

My journey into creativity began at a young age, driven by a deep passion for art, design, and visual storytelling. Over the years, this passion evolved into a multifaceted creative career that now spans photography, bespoke baking, event styling, personalised gifting, and luxury celebration design.

I was born in Pakistan, raised in Italy, and have now settled in the UK. This multicultural upbringing plays a significant role in shaping my creative style, flavours, and designs — blending elegance, culture, and modern aesthetics into everything I create.

I graduated in Photography from the University of Salford in 2023, where I refined my technical skills and developed a strong artistic vision. Photography remains at the heart of my work, allowing me to capture authentic emotions, meaningful moments, and beautifully styled details through carefully composed and professionally edited images.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded RB Flash Studio, an online creative studio specialising in freelance photography, event management, personalised gifts, party setups, and custom dessert tables. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with clients across the UK, helping them bring their celebrations to life through thoughtful design and attention to detail.

Alongside RB Flash Studio, I am also the CEO, cake artist, and lead event stylist behind Délice Café Paris. My baking journey began in 2016 as a creative hobby and quickly grew into a true passion. By 2019, I was baking for family and friends, whose encouragement inspired me to turn my love for baking into a business. In 2021, Délice Café Paris was officially launched, expanding into themed cakes, dessert tables, photography services, and party styling. In 2025, I proudly added wedding decoration and luxury event styling to my offerings, transforming the brand into a full-service celebration studio.

I am best known for my signature dessert tables, pani puri stations, tiramisu, cheesecakes, and themed cakes, each designed to create an unforgettable experience. My professional background includes working at Cake Box, where my skills and confidence in baking flourished and confirmed my calling in this creative field.

My work is a reflection of who I am — creative, hardworking, professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. I am deeply grateful for every opportunity I am given and for the trust my clients place in me. Whether I am capturing a heartfelt moment, designing a custom cake, styling a dessert table, or creating a complete event setup, my goal is always the same: to bring joy, beauty, and meaning to every celebration.
