My name is Rabia Bibi, and I am the CEO, cake artist, and lead event stylist behind Délice Café Paris. My journey into baking began in 2016 as a simple hobby, a way to explore creativity in the kitchen. By 2019, my passion grew stronger as I began baking cakes for family and friends, and their support made me realise that this was something truly meaningful.

In 2021, I turned my hobby into a business, expanding into photography, party setups, and custom gift services. As my brand grew, so did my vision. In 2025, I proudly added wedding decoration to my services, transforming Délice Café Paris into a full luxury celebration and event styling studio.

My dream has always been to own a café and a creative studio — a place that blends beauty, flavour, culture and experience. That dream continues to inspire my work every day.

I am best known for my dessert tables, pani puri, tiramisu, and themed cakes, creating stunning food and décor experiences that bring celebrations to life. My personality and work ethic reflect who I am: creative, hardworking, professional, friendly, and passionate about every detail.

Before launching my business, I worked at Cake Box, where my interest in baking transformed into a true passion. It was there that I realised this is what I was meant to do — create beautiful, meaningful designs that make people smile.

Born in Pakistan, raised in Italy, and now living in the UK, I carry pieces of each culture with me. This blend influences my flavours, my designs, and the unique identity of Délice Café Paris.

My mission is simple: to make every celebration special. Whether I am styling a dessert table or decorating a themed cake, I pour love, creativity, and dedication into every order.
